PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY

All participants:

Must be a resident of the State of Washington and provide proof of residency

Must be 16 years or older

Must have a valid email address

Income Qualified participants:

Tax-household income must be at or below 80% of the county Area Median Income (AMI) (at or below $54399 for Clallam county residents)

All documents provided must be valid and dated within one year of the application


REBATE AMOUNT
Standard applicant: $300

Income Qualified applicant: $1200

*Remaining rebate dollars can go to safety equipment


REBATE PROCESS

Applicants must register during the pre-application period to be considered for the random selection.

At the end of the pre-application period the system will randomly select a number of applicants to complete their application.

Applicants will have 96 hours to complete their application by supplying documentation verifying their income qualification and that they are a resident of Washington.

Complete applications will be reviewed, and rebates will be awarded to qualified applicants.

If an applicant does not complete their application within 96 hours or is declined for not meeting the programs rules, another applicant will be randomly selected from a waitlist to complete their application

April 9 – Portal opens and preapplication window begins
April 21 – Random selection
April 25 – Waitlist random selection for unclaimed rebates
June 30 – All reimbursement requests must be submitted to the portal
