As of May 22, 2026, we have updated our cancellation policy to the following:
We are a tourism based town with product availability for online reservations and walk up reservations. In an effort to maintain our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction for quality bikes and experiences we will happily reschedule or provide a gift certificate for future use should there be a need to cancel.

If smoke results in unsafe air quality levels, affected activities may be rescheduled or cancelled by Leavenworth Ebikes. We'll notify participants directly of any changes, but feel free to check our website or give us a call for the latest updates before heading out!

AQI 0–100 (Good to Moderate): Most people can be active outdoors as normal. If you're unusually sensitive to particle pollution, consider reducing your activity level or shortening time spent outside.
AQI 101–200 (Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups): Have flexibility in your schedule? Even on an Orange-forecast day, air quality can vary hour to hour. Check current conditions to see if now's a good window to be active outdoors.
