AQI 0–100 (Good to Moderate): Most people can be active outdoors as normal. If you're unusually sensitive to particle pollution, consider reducing your activity level or shortening time spent outside.
AQI 101–200 (Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups): Have flexibility in your schedule? Even on an Orange-forecast day, air quality can vary hour to hour. Check current conditions to see if now's a good window to be active outdoors.
