Priority scheduling

Streamlined diagnostics

Access to brand-supported parts

WARRANTY SUPPORT

We assist with all warranty claims and communication.

Most brands cover parts; labor coverage varies

If labor is not covered, standard service rates apply

Some manufacturers reimburse customers directly

SERVICE RATES

Labor billed at standard shop rates

All work approved before proceeding

STORAGE POLICY

Bikes must be picked up within 7 days of completion unless other arrangements are made

$20/day storage fee after 7 days

Bikes left over 30 days may be considered abandoned

DIAGNOSTIC FEE REQUIRED

A $40 diagnostic fee applies to all e-bikes not purchased from LEAVENWORTH EBIKES BUT BRANDS WE CARRY.

Electrical/mechanical diagnosis

Repair estimate

REPAIR & LABOR

Standard labor rates apply for all repairs Approval required before work begins
